    Cold Dish was the first to serve but it doesn't have any food u normally see except for the prawns.

    Steamboat with lobster,was told my chef to dip the lobster sashimi in the soup for 3s.

    Cook with small prawn and the leftover of the lobster and the lobster soup essences.

    Meat was very tender and cooked to 65%.When u cut the meat,u are able to see slightly a bit of blood and it melts in your mouth.

    The chef separated the bones for us,the sauce was great and matched the fish well.

    Each of us had a air flown abalone from japan,i think 388 was the price for each of them.

    Shark Fin was too starchy and gluey other than that taste was fine.
